Connect and be guided this year 2026

I am so excited to be working with the energy this year.  When I say this, I mean that I am going to trust my own guidance and that of my Angels and spirit guides to help me find any help or healing that my mind, body and soul require for my highest good.  

I am very lucky as I am a Reiki Master, so I can apply healing to myself at any time, but let’s face it, we all love to be pampered, and when you go to any healer, you will find bliss within yourself.  I always use my connection with my spiritual team to help me be led to the right healer or workshop for me to move forward with my healing.  We have all come here for lessons in this life.  Let’s face it, some of them will be bad – tragedy or trauma is a part of our lives on this planet.  The secret is to work with your angels or spiritual team to learn the lesson. In my experience, they help me to limit suffering from physical or emotional pain as deeply as you might without them.

I find that my angels will always lead me to the right people or place.  The right healer or reader or workshop that I need in my life at the right time.  This will be either to help me heal from a lesson or prepare me for one that is coming.  I love it when I am guided to learn a new skill to also help others on their journey.    If you can complete a Reiki Level One, please do so.  This is all about self-love and self-healing.  Very powerful. 

I always encourage people to become certified in Reiki.  Once you are attuned, you will always connect with Universal energy when giving Reiki.  The other benefit of this healing modality is that when you give or send Reiki energy, you also receive the benefit in your own body. 

The first step is to connect, listen and be guided by your spiritual team.   When you do this, you will unlock so much about yourself and the world.  The spiritual and personal growth will inspire you to move into this area more each day.  Remember, your Angels and guides haven’t just been dumped on you.  They are chosen to walk and work with you in this life.  You had a huge hand in choosing your Number one caretaker or angel, as you would have asked them to be with you for your entire life.  Big task.  So, they like you, they LOVE you.  Your angels and spiritual team want you to have all that you requested in your lifetime. They want you to enjoy this experience.  You would have chosen evolved souls to take on such a big role in your life.  These energies will be your best friend.   So just as you like to get to know your friends here, make the effort to do the same with your angels and spiritual team.

I have written before on how to connect with your angels back in 2025, and are you listening to your angels?  I hope you will go back and even try out a few of my free meditations to help you find your way, but if you would like some more ideas, I thought I would list some.  We all need healing.  It is best to listen to your angels and spiritual team, your highest self and or follow your gut intuition to find the right healer for you.  You might only need to spend a short time with them, or may be guided to become a healer yourself, but it is a journey well worth doing for yourself.
