When we allow our emotions to become our super powers we can start to show more of the positive emotions in our life. The love. The joy. The happiness. The kindness.

How many of you are feeling the changes and shifts in the energy around you? You might put it down to being tired or working too hard. You might be feeling like you are always trying to catch up and have no time for yourself. Would it surprise you if I told you that you are not alone?

love to use Gratitude to make my day and my life feel amazing there are so many different ways in which you can show, and work with gratitude in this life times, so I thought to just touch on a few this month. Mediation, journaling and finding 3 things that you are grateful for each day, are a great way to start, but here are a few examples of where finding gratitude might work for you as well.

When I talk to some of my clients, they tell me they find their own journey to be a complex or hard one.

I just want to reach out to anyone that if finding their pathway a struggle. There are many different avenues you can go to find out more. You may like to attend a development circle, or meditation.

We have mostly heard of Clairvoyance, but we have so much more information and tools available to us we can easily use any number to help us start or improve our journey on our spiritual path

I love listening to my gut instinct or intuition. I do it every day.

This is our very basic connection with our angels and universal energy or connection. When we relax and listen to this wonderful tool to keep our lives moving on track we will find our anxiety and stress will go down or decrease

They can raise your vibration as well ad help with any blockages.

When you ground yourself and live in the now. You will also find your balance in life. Keep up the great work of positive thoughts and actions. This might be with music, walks in nature or affirmations. Find what works best for you to balance your life. Living in the present, is just that a real gift for us.

You can learn to connect with a loved one, spirit or angel. You can hear, see or feel a message coming through.

If you are coming from a heart space, a place of love when you are connecting in with spirit you will be able to clear your mind with ease.

o what is mind set? It is how you think and see yourself. How you talk to yourself. I always like to think of my mind set as my personal coach in life. I mean who else knows me better than me, so I like to make the world a magical beautiful place by the way I see it.

How many of you had a Christmas tree in your home this year? It could have been any size or colour. I look at my tree as – yes the meaning of Christmas, but it is also the Tree of Life. I am sure you may have seen the “tree of life” in jewellery, decorations and even in store names. How many of us truly understand what the tree of life represents? I thought to delve in a little bit deeper and share my thoughts this season

I love this time of year, but it also a great time to take a moment, be kind to yourself and look at how far you have come in the past 12 months

I love that people come and are willing to open their heart and their mind to believing that their loved one is still with us. This is also the joy that I feel every time I connect with spirit. They are so honoured that their loved one loves them so much they are willing to go to a psychic medium in which to get acknowledgement that what they feel and or sense – their belief is real.

Let’s just sit still for 10 seconds and be mindful of our breath. What an amazing ability that we have. We come into this world knowing how to breathe. With each deep cleansing breath, we allow our bodies to function and enjoy everything around us.

We seem to live in a time where fear is the number one emotion. I never really wanted to make any comment about what was going on in the world today, but I am feeling that I must share the information that I have been given from my many chats with my angels.

I am always asked, “how can I connect and talk to Angels?” I am incredibly lucky as I hear my Angels. However, it has taken me a lot of time, love, and trust to allow this to occur in my life.
