Try Visualisation – It can really change your world!

Stress, Anxiety, Anger, Resentment, Fear are emotions that are here with us now.

I class all these emotions and feelings as lower vibrational energy, and yet I experience them all the time.

As a person that works with angels and spirits, I do try to meditate, be grateful and love myself as much as I can, and yet I still experience one if not all these emotions at some time of my life.

Why? Because I am human. These are very normal reactions and emotions to have about different situations or problems that occur in our lives.

So why am I writing about these emotions if they are normal? The reason is they are in fact low vibrational energy. They do not make us happy if we hang on to this form of energy in our lives.

If we hold on to anger for a person or situation does it eventually get better? If we can stop, look and realise, from a higher vibrational perspective, that we are holding anger towards a person or something happening around us or to us we cannot move forward.

Being stuck in the same space is not good for anyone or anything. If we stay angry do-good things come to us? I would be very surprised. The old “like attracts like” just comes into play and then you find more things around you to make you angry. Angry people might come into your life. You might find your new neighbours are constantly fighting and drawing you into their anger.

This is not good. This is not what life is all about. We all know that person that is constantly angry or grumpy. How many good things happen to them? How many people chose to make them their friends? Are their friends like them, in constant anger or grumpy unable to see the good things in life surrounding them? Being around people that change your vibration and use up your good vibrations are hard work. Do you realise that by being around these people you shift, and your positive mood or higher vibration will slip and you will change into being grumpy with the world, your job, your loved ones right along with them.

I can hear you now; you are going to tell us to take a walk, play some music, shout out what I am grateful for. Well these are all good things to do to shift your vibration, but today I thought I would talk about Visualization

Learning to visualise is a fantastic tool. It can help you in so many ways. You can use it in meditation when you think about your dreams and desires, and to help you shift from a funky mood or emotion.

There are many visualization tools, and I thought just to mention a few that I personally in my work and in my personal life.

When you learn to visualise you are harnessing your mind power. The potential of your mind it will help to improve your life and the lives of all that you love and like around you. So sit back and learn how to make magic in your life. Once you have the hang of it you will leave a lot of stress and anxiety behind, as they just won’t be any room for those low vibrations within your mind.

Many people will say they can not visualise. They do not have the gift. My answer to them is simple. Believe and trust that yes you can. If you can recall memories, thoughts, and feelings then you can visualise.

Let’s try it

Now don’t get all tense on me. Try not to overthink about the memory you are going to recall. You are going to chose one of the following. One that really brings you into that happy place and that smile happening on your face as you read the subject. You can do this. It is simple if you don’t overthink it. Look at the list and chose a memory you want to bring forward

  • Your Wedding

  • The birth of a child

  • A holiday at the beach

  • Your first pet

  • A special birthday

  • The day you graduated

  • The day you found love

  • Your first car

  • Your first job

  • The day you found your first home

Now that you have the thought in your mind sit back and allow the feelings to come to the surface. Allow the image to get clearer in your mind.

  • See how bright the colours are.

  • Feel how you felt about that situation.

  • Sit here for a minute and always all the feelings wash over you. Feel the love. Feel the joy. Feel the happiness.

You have just visualised

There are some more hints and tips that will help you get better and faster at visualisation, but we can all do it. When you were a child and listened to a story being told or read to you, you visualised the characters. Within your mind, your third eye, you could see the magical faraway tree with all the fairies and elemental characters.

Allow yourself to feel everything. Using your emotions as well as your Clair senses. You will love it when you regularly visualise it. The Clair senses will help you see, taste, hear and feel all that your memories hold close to you. If you are getting a hug or enjoying a cuddle with the first puppy you want to experience or remember what that felt like. Allow your sense to come to you.

If you do wander. That is ok. Just like meditation, it all takes practice, but what you will receive at the end is all worth it. Being able to see into the future. To create within your mind a wonderful outcome to anything that you wish to have.

Relax and enjoy. Feel how your body is open and receptive to the visions you are seeing within your third eye. Feel how deep your breathwork is. Allowing you to be open and connected so that your visualisations and dreams will seem real to you. When you can make it like a movie within your mind you are truly using your mind to create good things in your life by activating high vibrations.

Allow all your emotions to be involved with your visualisations. See what you are creating in your life. Believe and trust. You are a powerful being and create and do anything.
