Level 1 of Reiki is the first step to any great Reiki master or practice. This level is all about Self Healing, and when you decide to give the gift of Reiki to yourself you are also able to help and benefit many others.

  • This workshop has been designed to teach you the basics of Reiki and how it can help but also includes practical exercises and activities to attune you to the healing energies.

    The full-day workshop will cover the following:

    ❤ Definition of Reiki 1

    ❤ How does Reiki work?

    ❤ Learning the Reiki Principals

    ❤ The Story of Reiki

    ❤ Explanation and practice of Gassho and Meditation

    ❤ Learning and practising one symbol.

    ❤ Opening and Closing Chakras

    ❤ Discussion of the human energy field or aura

    ❤ Learning and experiencing scanning of the body.

    ❤ Reviewing of the Reiki hand positions.

    ❤ How to give a complete Reiki treatment for self and others.

    ❤ Receiving attunement from Universal Life Force energy.

    You will be learning plenty in the workshop but don’t worry as you will receive booklets to take home so you don’t need to memorise everything!

  • Anyone can learn Reiki and level 1 is suitable for beginners who are interested in learning how to heal with energy. This is also a great course to complete if you have learnt Reiki in the past by feel you need a refresher.

    No previous experience is required to participate in this workshop, all you need to have is a desire to move forward on your spiritual journey.

  • The workshops are held in Worongary in the Gold Coast Hinterland (two minutes from the M1 Motorway). You will be given the address closer to the date once booked.

  • This workshop runs from 10 am to 4 pm with a small morning and afternoon tea provided.

    Please bring your own lunch which can be stored in the kitchen/fridge for your convenience.

    Other than that just bring yourself and your excitement to learn!

  • The Reiki workshops are priced at $200 for the training course

    You can pay a deposit of $50 to secure your place and pay the balance either on the day or in advance.

  • If you are interested in a particular workshop but cannot make the date please contact me. We can always find a date that works better.

    If you are part of a group (3 or more) that are interested in this Reiki workshop on a different day the price is $200 per person.

    If you are an individual who would like a one-on-one Reiki workshop on a different date the price is $300.
