How to Manifest
Step one: Get clear on what it is that you really want
This is important. Spirit can only provide us with what we have given them instruction for.
I like to think of the old “Genie in the lamp” scenario. I can see that big all-powerful genie sitting up in the 5th dimension looking all amazing, gazing down at us lovingly saying in his head “Come on tell me what you want! Your wish is my command!”
It is for that reason that I will tell you to go and get a pen and paper. Sit in a quiet spot and think about what it is that you really want. You can manifest anything or anyone, just make sure you get all the details down on paper so you can refer to them when you are thinking about your creation to bring it into you life.
But some words of advice. Think about this. This is very serious. You need to look at exactly what you want. Is it a new romance or a life partner? There is a difference and if you have only asked for a new romance, well that can occur, but it may only be in your life for a short time…. You can hold that against spirit if you didn’t specify what it is that you really wanted.
A beautiful loving life partner that looks like………. You need to list all that you want. The partner must have a six pack stomach, or a healthy head of hair – a life partner that will treat me like….and fill in the blanks. Again think about this carefully. This is not something you want to do in 5 minutes before heading to bed. If you ask for a Man that might treat you like a “Princess” – does this mean he will never go against your wishes even if it is the better choice. If you ask to be treated like a “sexy woman” – does this mean he will constantly slap you on the butt and only give you the gift of lingerie each birthday and Christmas as this is how he views you? So words really do matter when you are manifesting.
You need to list what you want in a life partner. Do you need loyalty? Do you want trust? Do you want love? Do you want protection – if so, how much? Do you need financially security, and if you do, how do you wish him to get his money ethically or through slightly dishonest means? It might sounds like a lot of work, but isn’t it better to get it right the first time? I have had clients that have done this type of manifestation. They sat down and wrote a long list of everything that they wanted in a dream man. They got the looks, the health, the wealth, the time to spend together. The only thing they forgot was the age. They found their perfect partner, but he was 30 years their senior. As you can tell they are great friends, but it didn’t go any further than that.
A wish, a desire, a dream is so simple to cast or invite into you life. But we need to do it respectfully and with thought to others as well as to ourselves. Why you ask? You do not want to wish harm on anyone else. Your manifestation should be not to bring heartache or loss on another person. Think about the intention you set while thinking it through.
Step Two: Ask the Universe
Ask the Universe for what you want at least once a day – this will make your request clearer and clearer. This is also setting the intent of the manifestation and creating a more powerful connection between you and source or your angels.
Also, there no rules. You can ask for a timeline – but please make it realistic. If you want to find love, give the Angels and the Universe a reasonable time frame. It is also a good idea to remind them of the timeline in which you would wish this all to occur. I find speaking plainly to spirit really helps with my life and my connection.
Step Three: Work towards your goals
Now that you have set your goals there is nothing to say that you personally can’t move forward on the ideas, help them along so to speak. In fact this is highly recommended as the Universe is always glad to help people that go out and help better themselves. If you are looking for love, don’t just sit at home waiting for him to knock on the door. Unless you are ordering a lot of deliveries to the home I don’t see how you will meet anyone new!
When you do this, make sure you do it in a way that it won’t hurt anyone or anything. You must be concise on your decisions so that you are not harming the environment or making others suffer for your dreams to turn into reality. Karma will come into effect here and we are asking for our manifestations to occur on an immensely powerful day where only positive thought should occur and the higher energy still be activated for many days after.
Step Four: Trust!
Wow what a big one! Yes, you must TRUST the process. If you don’t trust and totally believe that you are creating what you really want in your life and if you shut it down or think negative thoughts – then pow! It is gone! The Universe will hear those negative thoughts or vibrations and go “Oh ok they no longer want this” and it is STOPPED.
Then you will be all “Oh the universe didn’t care – they didn’t bring me blah blah“. For the first time in your life you need to see yourself as the beautiful and amazing person as source or the angels see you. They want to work with you. They want you to believe in your self as much as they do.
You are worthy
You are deserving
Do not listen to the negativity
Do not listen to anyone that will shut you down
Breathe Deep, Trust and Believe
Step Five: Receive and acknowledge
You would think this is the easiest step of all. Well some of us still struggle, we might have it right in front of us and yet still doubt or complain.
I know that there will be that person out there reading this that does all the steps and keeps a record of their words requests and timeline. They may have asked for a Million Dollars. They might have asked for it in their new business with product sales. They might have seen it in their minds eye. They might have stuck $100 bills all around their office to the amount of one million dollars and look at it each and every day…. but when it comes, they might only receive $950,000 in the bank account due to taxes or fees. Will they say “Well didn’t get my Million” Sadly yes, and this is a reminder not to do so.
To receive more to manifest, more to bring this amazing, beautiful gift in your life, look at all that you have received, acknowledge that the Universe has provided and be grateful.

Thank you, Source.
Step Six: Keep your vibrations positive
Stay in that amazing uplifting and positive place or energy. I know it is hard as we are in the real world with horrible things happening all around us, but learn the tricks and tips to stay in this amazing higher vibration, so that you can continue to attract into our life all the good things.
See only the good in the world.
Invite only love in your life with family and friends.
Enjoy the amazing outlook you will now hold close to you heart.
You will find that you life will always be on track and you will surround yourself with loving and kind people.
Step Seven: Clear your resistance
Ok I know that this is hard. It might be the hardest step of the process, but essentially, resistance is only any thought, belief, or behavior, either conscious or unconscious, that stands contrary to your desire. Sounds easy hey? yep that was my idea of a joke too!
Just try to not think about the negative. Only the positive. To stay in the positive energy you can do positive affirmations, creative visualizations, and image our success. You just have to truly believe in the outcome. You will become so powerful that you will be able to see, smell and practically touch all that you wish to create. I have complete faith in you.
