What is your Super Power?

I love that in November we have a World Kindness Day on 13th of the month. It is a special day that helps us to all participate in any way, big or small to bring kindness into our life and environment around us. At any time we all need kind acts within our world.

A brilliant way to work with and discover this super power is to open your hearts up to others. Just to stop, listen and learn about different cultures, stereotypes will help us to shift anything that may be felt as negative from within us. It is a great way to break down barriers that we may not even understand why they exist within us, and we will truly learn to embrace all of the diversity within our world.

When we allow our emotions to become our super powers we can start to show more of the positive emotions in our life. The love. The joy. The happiness. The kindness. You do need to show these emotions and actions towards yourself first to experience and enhance them to others around you. You need to be able to Love yourself. Caring for self. Being kind to self.

We need to be in a great place ourselves to be kind and love others. Please remember to be kind to yourself at all times, not just this month, but it will be a great reminder. When you show yourself kindness the love for self will flow with ease and your vibration will lift you into a sense of joy. When in joy and happiness your ability to sense and feel energy and loved ones or angels will increase.

We are all empaths, some more than others, but this month lets really try putting ourselves in other people’s shoes. Before voicing those thoughts, think about how that might make you feel. Before trying to teach someone to be creative, maybe teaching someone to knit or cook put yourself in their shoes first and think about how you will deliver the words, or lesson.

When you deliver these types of messages with kindness and love in your mind and heart you are being very powerful. You are not only allowing yourself to feel the empathy with yourself before others but allowing yourself to be creative and fun. Hopefully lots of laughter and joy will come from these times spent with the people you like and love.

It is also ok for you to be kinder to yourself. If you want to start a new hobby, gardening, cooking maybe start a journal, be kind to yourself and give yourself positive self-talk. This will make the effort of starting something new so much easier. Allow yourself to receive kindness, love, and joy from others. We are taught from a young age we must always give. That it is wrong to receive.

I speak with so many people that seem afraid or overwhelmed by our world. With so many different ideas, thoughts, and people with their own points of view, it can make you not want to change or put forward kindness. Even if a person has a different point of view in the world or may look or sound different they are still very much like me. I have to remind myself all the time that they are just like me and feel all the emotions that I do. Sadness, guilt, grief, joy, happiness, and love bind us together. We have so much in common it should make us aware of how much power we also share.

All of these emotions can be used as your own super power. We all need that extra boost this time of year. If you are very spiritual and can feel energy, you will know that the veil is at it thinnest right now and you will be picking up lots of signs. So getting in touch with any of your super emotionally charged super power emotions to enhance your ability to connect with the spiritual realm and those here is powerful.

I am telling you now that this is a wrong statement. We need to experience both. We need to learn how to receive so we too can experience a real connection with people and our environment around us. Those emotions of kindness, happiness, joy, gratefulness, and love.

We want to be the ones that allow positivity into our world without a lot of effort. When we always assume that people are kind and generous. That they are trying their best, we too will sit in this positive energy. When we always believe in the best in people we will always see their superpowers though their kindness. Their love. Their joy and happiness. We are still human. You will still get annoyed or frustrated (we are here for lessons) but maybe they won’t be as harsh if we practise our super powers daily. I have made the word kind and kindness bold through out my blog. I hope the word will stick with you and you will stay it with a smile on your lips and feel your heart open.
