Gratitude

I love to use Gratitude to make my day and my life feel amazing there are so many different ways in which you can show, and work with gratitude in this life times, so I thought to just touch on a few this month. Mediation, journaling and finding 3 things that you are grateful for each day, are a great way to start, but here are a few examples of where finding gratitude might work for you as well.

We can sometimes forget how strong words and the thoughts attached to them are for us. It will increase or change our vibration or frequency so fast. In a blink of an eye, so it is always good to think of in what situation it is pivotal for you to work with gratitude and not allow it to work against you.

Relationships

When you are in a relationship – with yourself and with anyone else words are very impactful. They can change the way we feel, see, and understand so many different things in our lives. You would have been told of simple ways in which you can express and find gratitude in your life. The most popular one that comes to my mind quickly is the find 3 things each day that you are most grateful for. Of course you can say these aloud or to yourself, or even journal your thoughts on the things you are most grateful for.

Taking for granted

Let’s think of some other uplifting ways, that you may not have considered in which gratitude and shifting your energy will help you. We all have things that we simply take for granted. How about you list (either in your mind or in your journal) three of these things, situations, or people that you just simply know will be there for you and help you in a positive way.

Writing a gratitude letter

Have you ever thought to write a letter to yourself or another person who is heling you. A person who is making your life a better place, and making you feel the joy around you. It might be a huge effort or just small simple acts. Imagine the power of the written word, when gift to another to say, I see you. I feel you. I am grateful for all that you do and for you

Romance

So many of us fall into the habit of taking our partners a bit for granted. They are always there and have taken on tasks or roles in our life. We remember on special days, such as anniversaries and valentines but wouldn’t it be nice to feel that extra powerful feeling of love. When we enhance these feelings of love our relationships will be set for smoother sailing.

Take a closer look at what is making you unhappy

When we are having negative feelings, such as jealousy or resentment, try this trick. Take a moment to simply look at what you are thinking about and then flip the situation by learning how to give gratitude. By changing these very strong and negative throughs, actions, and feelings you will be helping to set yourself up to receive higher good in your life. you will still learn the lesson for these feelings and thoughts, but in a much nicer way. 

 If you are having trouble in finding a way to turn around your thoughts try to send the person love. I use the prayer, and or talk to my angels Maybe by taking a step back and looking at it from a different direction this will always help you see what is positive and how you can find gratitude with ease.

Giving and receiving – creating new habits

As you work with some of these techniques you may even finding yourself being able to give so much more of yourself or to a situation or concern. This is a wonderful way to express gratitude. You hope you will also see how much these simple acts will help you create wonderful new habits. All that will help you sit in a powerful and loving frequency. The old like attracts like will come into your life and you will always be the one that will benefit from finding all the wonderful things, people and situations that will come into your life with ease.
