As many of you may know I just love numbers. I love seeing triple or double numbers during my day. I view these as signs from my Angels, Ascended Masters and Divine. I know that many are not excited about the sequence of 2022, but I thought to have a closer look and talk to Archangel Michael about this year we are about to step into, so we can start to relax and enjoy an exciting new chapter of our lives.

I love working with energy. I do it each and every day both in a professional sense and for myself as well. As most of you are aware, we are all made up of energy, so when we sit in our highest vibration to connect, learn and heal we are really learning how to connect with energy.

Empaths are very special people. I also like to call them Earth Angels. They are sensitive to energy. They can also feel how people and environments are affected by different energies. We all understand we are made up of energy and that energy is all around us. We exchange energy with people in different ways. Energy is exchanged through our emotions, thoughts and how we interact with each other and our environment physically. Energy can be unseen as well as plainly seen.

My Nanna told us of the significance of Halloween in England. Why it was so special, and the reason behind the costumes and fear to try to hide from the “spirits”, but it wasn’t until I was much older that I now understand why I always loved this holiday or time of celebration. It has to do with the time of the year when the “veil” between us and the spirit world is so thin that we can easily sense their presence.

The word “Scrying” comes from the Old English word descry which means “to make out dimly “or “to revel” So when we scry, we are looking for the unseen. Using our senses to see things with our second sight. The way I view scrying is helping us get in touch with our minds eye.

Please be wary of the following in any crystal elixirs, water, massage oils or other consumables

If you have ever been to me for a reading or healing you would have been offered a glass of cool refreshing Crystal Water.

My favourite is Amethyst or Rose Quartz Crystal water as they give us the vibrations of love, confidence as well as security and protection. I always make up the water in the special glass bottles. It has 2 chambers. One for the water and one on the bottom that I can open and place crystals. The polished crystals and water never touch each other within the glass container but the intention and the crystal energetic vibration will enter the water in a safe way for everyone.

1) Avoid making any items with any crystals/stones containing metal e.g. lead, or copper etc. Use an indirect method that I have written about here.

2) Almost all of the blue and green stones contain copper and are unsafe for you to use for conventional crystal elixir.

3) Shiny, metallic stones should be avoided.

4) Polished stones are less likely to allow elixirs, crystal water or massage oil to leach any potentially hazardous materials.

5) Rough stones or crystals have more likelihood to leech in potentially hazardous substances or materials into your elixirs or other consumables.

I am asked all the time “how can I connect and talk to Angels?” I am incredibly lucky, I hear my Angels, this did take me a lot of time to allow this to occur in my life. A lot of love and trust.

Prayers are so powerful. It has been proven scientifically that when someone is prayer for or a person prays that they have a better faster recovery when unwell.
